How the Program Works

To ensure a seamless update experience, we recommend keeping your GlobeStore.com receipt or order number in a safe place. However, if you purchased your globe years ago and strictly need an update due to geopolitical changes, our experts can assist you.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Participating Brands: Must be a Replogle or Waypoint Geographic model.

  • Age Limit: The globe must be no older than 15 years.

  • Condition: This program applies to the replacement of the globe ball only (stands are not replaced).

Requesting an Update (Without a Receipt)

If you do not have your original receipt, our cartography team will need to verify your model to ensure the correct replacement fit. Please gather the following information:

1. Identify the Manufacturer Check the "Legend" (the key box on the map) or the "Cartouche" (the title emblem) on your globe to confirm it is a Replogle or Waypoint Geographic model.

2. Verify the Age Confirm the map is less than 15 years old. If you are unsure, visit our “How Old Is Your Globe?” guide for tips on dating geographical borders.

3. Measure & Inspect

  • Diameter: Measure the full width of the globe ball.

  • Material: Note if the ball feels like cardboard (paper) or vinyl (plastic).

4. Photograph Your Globe Please take two clear photos:

  • One full shot showing the globe ball and the stand.

  • One close-up shot of the South Pole area (this often helps us identify mounting hardware).
