Returns & Exchanges

At returns are easy! You may return new, unused resalable items for a refund or exchange with NO restocking fees. Simply contact our support team within 30 days of purchase to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send your item. Items must be new in their original product packaging.

We will credit you for the total purchase price of the item upon our receipt of your return. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

How to Package & Send Returns

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Inside the box, please include the RMA packing slip issued to you by Customer Support. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped with methods that will allow the package to be traced and the credit to process much quicker.
