I wanted to by a gift for my husbands BD and was 5 dollars short to qualify for a coupon. So, I bought this inflatable globe as a filler. The only down side to it is its price. I dont think I would have bought it under normal circumstance. However, my husband likes it, we toss it around the living room and we like the information about the worm and cold water currents.

I plan to give this to our 3-yr old Grandaughter for an upcoming beach vacation. Since we all live in different parts of the world, this might be a great learning toy. It is great that the parts of the globe fit together well, so no gaps along seams. It is a bit hard to read place names on the dark blue surfaces of the sea. Light blue might be better.
