Well packaged and arrived next day which was a nice surprise. The pen came with the necessary batteries and was well packaged. If you are buying for a gift as I was, the outer box does have the name of the product on it but no pictures. While I purchased this for my son for Christmas, I decided to play with it myself first. On the disappointing side, I ordered this item from two other stores that ended up canceling my orders as they said it was no longer available, so I called this company and they assured they had plenty of inventory, and they did. Very nice customer service! thank you
