It was a great gift received for a avid collector of globes for a graduation gift. It was a little bigger than I expect, but it's defiantly an eye catcher. This website is great, and I'm sure I'll be acquiring others from here as well.

As it sits on a shelf at a distance the monotone colors make the globe unremarkable. It is a free standing globe you can pick up and hold and that's where this one shines. An amazing amount of detail. Craters of any size at all are represented and named. A lot of famous names on the moon. This one is meant to interact with. And we get to see the dark side of the moon. Very detailed.
