The Austin globe with blue oceans is a value driven 16-inch diameter floor globe, mounted onto a beautifully finished solid hardwood stand .

The globe ball features over 4,000 named places and point of interest and in surrounded by a metal numbered meridian.

The globe is held in the stand with a cradle mount which the meridian rests between to notched in the top wood ring and on top of a notched wood post on the bottom. This type of mounting allows for full rotation of the globe.

To illuminate the globe simply use the inline switch to turn the globe on and off. The illuminations makes the globe more vibrant, enhancing the colors and making the text stand out.
